First off, thank you so much for joining in our challenges. I am so happy to see Mr. Linky full of participants each week,we loved seeing all the RAK and gifted items everyone used in their cards!
Without further ado, congratulations to Caroline with this little cutie:
Not only did she use some RAK-d ribbon with her card, but she was sending it off to an elderly friend who is recovering from a fall in ICU. Thank you for this great card Caroline, and especially for reaching out to someone who will truly love this gesture. Truly a gift that will keep on giving!
Now on to this week's challenge:
THE OLDER THE BETTER
{aka Better with Age? lol!}
You know you have some papers that haven't been used in a looooong time! Remember that decorative paper stack that was a must have, only to sit in your stash? Now is the time to take it out and make it seen again!
Here are some great samples by the DT:

This was a perfect challenge to make me use a stamp I have had forever and was afraid of. I hope you like... Come by Big Mamma's house and check it out.
ReplyDeleteThis was a GREAT challenge! I had fun looking through all my old DP's. Trouble is I usually by the 12x12's and rarely use all of it, so I have tons of old ones. LOL
ReplyDeleteAll the DT cards are beautiful - the old papers too!
WOW a lovely new challenge blog with some gorgeous DT cards.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed this challenge and it fitted in nicely with a few others, as I needed the old tired paper to complete my card.

Very beautiful DT cards!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat challenge. Don't know how old the paper is, but quite a few years that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteAnd the pop-up technique I used also. ;-)
I love these challenges that get us to use our stash! I dug into the blue drawer in my paper cabinet and found some papers from when I first starting making cards about three years ago!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first challenge with you and it was fun. My paper is so old that while I was working with it the lil' glitter stuff on the hearts started to flake off. LOL! Thank you for the fun!
