Before I explain this week's challenge, I would like to thank you all for joining in on the fruity fun! Your entries were so sweet, and I love that the new link system we have showcases everyone's work. Thank you again!
And now on to congratulate the top 3 winners of Fruits Of Labor challenge:
Congratulations Peri!
This card was so cool with the retro/vintage vibe, yet it had all the cool paper piecing and fun DP to accent it. The patterns mix so well together!
Congratulations Stephanie!
Congratulations Laurel!
This was such a fun entry! I love the clever way she did the apple tree, and all the added details makes me smile!
Ladies please email me so you can join us in debuting next week's challenge. :D
And now for this week's assignment:
APRIL FOOL!
Show us a style that you normally don't do! Ack! A challenge indeed! ;)
Here are some wonderful samples by the design team:
Vix - Guest Designer
(hates doing male cards)
Suzi
(usually does cute TGF style images)
Audrey
(never does blonde hair, use stickles, nor black cardstock)
Anita
(never does punch art)
Darlene
(usually vintage, but did clean and simple)
(Victorian - sooo not me!)
Soooo...did we convince you? heehee! Show us your April Fool card and join in on the fun! Click on the blue frog so we can all see your wonderful work. Have a beautiful week everyone, take care!

ReplyDeletelaurelseabrook@shaw.ca
my card is just soooo not me. Thanks for the challenge. I needed a man card.
ReplyDeleteDon't usually do altered art, here's my creation.
ReplyDeleteThe DT designs are wonderful. I wish that I had time to visit each of their blogs.
ReplyDeleteI don't usally make such busy (DP with such big designs) nor do I use fairies... in my cards. I like clean lines and little designs. But, I do like this card and the image.
I need to make a sympathy card and I always end up using just black and white for my card. With your challenge I decided to step out of the box and make my card all Purple. I couldn't resist though I had to add a touch of black. Thanks for the great challenge I uploaded my card to spot #26.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards DT and great Challenge!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards by the DT and an awesome challenge!!
